All digital products (e.g., templates, software, e-books) are sold as "non-exclusive, personal-use licenses" unless otherwise stated. 

 

Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense any digital assets.

Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are **final and non-refundable** once the download link has been accessed or the product delivered.

2. Services & Consultation
Service agreements (e.g., coaching, design, technical support) are subject to the specific scope defined at the time of purchase.

Delivery: We aim to meet all deadlines; however, timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback.

Cancellations: Services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may incur a fee of *50% of the service cost of each hour planned*.
