Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product delivered.

2. Services & Consultation
Refund Policy:  Due to scheduling and fair hourly use, the only services that can be refunded are hourly packages that will refund the unused hours with a 25% cancellation fee.
